Les was my boss at Aviva in the early 1990's. It was a very exciting time of expansion and rapid change followed by contraction. Les was always a most supportive manager with a well developed Scots stoicism, mixed with some dark humour & a most persuasive sales patter. He was a most respected, principled person that I much admired and fondly remember.
